Below, you will find a few of the most popular apartments I can offer you. Please note that to book any of these apartments, you need to let me know the dates of your arrival and departure. You also need to pay the full cost of your rental in advance (via PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram). Finally, please note that all of the apartments in my database are strictly non-smoking.
Apartment 1 (9D Nauki Avenue)

Location: Nauki Avenue, only 5 minutes walking distance to Freedom Square (the heart of the city).
Description: Luxury modern one bedroom apartment in a secure modern residental development right in the center of the city. It was designed and furnished according to the very high Western standards of a top 5* hotel.
The bedroom is quipped with a Samsung LED TV mounted on the wall, LED lighting, and an air conditioning unit (to keep you cool during those hot summer days/nights). Also worth noting is that the bathroom has a washer-dryer machine.

Location: Nauki Avenue, next to Kharkiv National Medical University, and only 5 minutes walking distance to Freedom Square.
Description: One of the benefits of staying here is that there is an elevator/lift in the building. Also, there is a beautiful view of Naukova Avenue from the living room’s French-style window. As for the bedroom, it is facing the back yard, and so it is very quiet at night and city traffic won’t be able to disturb your pleasant rest. This spacious apartment is designed in a very modern style and furnished with brand new custom-made wooden furniture. The apartment consists of a large well-lit living room, a studio kitchen with a dining table and four chairs, a cozy bedroom, a nice bathroom, a balcony, and an entrance hall.

Description: Modern one bedroom apartment in a very nice high rise building, very close to city center. Right opposite this building is a very beautiful resort area (” Sargin Yar”) that is like a forest with pure spring water, where you can walk around and escape from the noise of the big city. The partment has all modern conveniences (e.g. washer dryer) for a short or long stay.

Description: This one bedroom apartment is located right on Constitution Square, in the historic center of Kharkov. Through the windows, you can see the square and the beginning of Sumskaya Street. It boasts an excellent location since it is very convenient to get to any place around downtown. On the first/ground floor of the building, there is a great fast food cafe called “Lido”, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around. This Kharkov apartment has recently been renovated in the modern European style and consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom, a large bathroom and an entrance hall.

This spacious (56m2) one bedroom apartment consists of a living room with a dining area that has a large LCD TV with many cable/satellite channels, and a large sofa (that can turn into a bed) covered in expensive natural white leather. The beautiful decor and design of lighting fixtures will create the right mood/atmosphere for your stay in Kharkov, whether short-term or long-term, and you can also use a real fireplace in chilly/romantic evenings. The dining area has a big dining table and six chairs. The large kitchen has modern varnished cabinets and is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed with premium quality bed linen; it also has an LCD TV with satellite channels. There are two air conditioners — one in the living-room and one in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with unlimited high speed internet. There is also a landline phone that you can use for making free local calls. The bathroom of this luxurious hotel-like room is equipped with a shower cabin with a hydro-massage system as well as Italian designer bathroom equipment. In the bathroom, there is is a washing machine and dryer (a rarely seen combination in Kharkov apartments), which adds more comfort to your stay in Kharkov. As for security, there is an electronic key which is programmed individually for each tenant (another very useful and fairly unique feature in apartments here).
